Under the ADA and Maine law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals or pets, we do not accept pets in any Gazebo rooms we will not check in emotional support animals, we have other loctions that are dog friendly.

Parents please keep in mind the Gazebo Inn Ogunquit is a relaxed and quiet atmosphere and not an appropriate setting for children under 16 and generally there are no children at the Inn.  We gladly accept children at our Captains Quarters location and is a much better setting for kids.

King Rooms

King Rooms would be an upgrade in size from the queen rooms, they all have king beds, all have been remodeled and all rooms have nice large walk in tile showers, all bedrooms are nice hardwood floors, click on the particular room for a detailed description of the room.

Suite Rooms

Suites are the nicest rooms at the Gazebo, other than suite #10 they are all one large room, #10 has a separate living room and bedroom space. All suites have nice seating areas, large bathrooms, jetted Tubs, showers with steam (excluding #10 which shower consists of duel rain shower heads, handheld wands, and body jets.) All rates are per night for an occupancy of 1 or 2, $75 per night for each additional guest , Gazebo Inn Ogunquit is not a appropriate Inn for children under 16 including infants.

All rates are subject to the prevailing Maine State lodging tax, to be paid at check in.

Master Card, Visa,Discover American Express,Checks, Cash and gift cards are accepted for balance at check in, reservation must be secured with a major credit card.

Deposits on any major credit card - An average of one nights stay (without tax) deposit to reserve rooms, balance + current state tax is due upon arrival at check in please.

We do not accept groups of four or more rooms at our Inn.

Cancellation -Due to the size of our Inn, cancellations greatly affect us therefore we strictly adhere to our cancellation policy. When we guarantee an accommodation we enter into a contract and we lose the opportunity to reserve the room to others. There is a $50 cancellation fee per room on all cancellations within any time frame.

The remainder of the deposit will be refunded if we are notified 21 days prior to your arrival. We will not offer any refund on any cancellation made less than 21 days prior to arrival. A 7 days or less notice for a cancelled room you are responsible for the entire stay.

The $50 cancelation fee also applies to shortening of bookings, as well as transferring a booking to a future date.

An automated e-mail will arrive in your in box as a reminder of this policy 22 days prior to your arrival 


We do not offer refunds for early departures.

All rooms are non -smoking in ordinance with Maine state law., Smoking is permitted in outside areas 25 feet from any building per Maine State law, a $200 charge will be charged to your card on file for smoking in our rooms. No Smoking in the pool area for the comfort of all guests please, we have provided a nice smoking area in our Gazebo.
